We are partnering with a leading innovator in industrial hazard prevention and production measurement technology to find a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Florida and Georgia.About the RoleAs Regional Sales Manager, you will develop and execute sales strategies within your territory to increase revenue and expand market share. You'll engage with industrial customers, understand their challenges, and provide solutions that prevent costly incidents and improve production performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed territory sales targets in Florida and GeorgiaConduct on-site sales calls to manufacturing plants and customer officesQualify and convert leads via outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiriesPresent and demonstrate technical solutions to prospectsPrepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close salesProvide customer training and support solution implementationMaintain CRM records and prepare accurate sales reportsBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsFrequent travel within the territory (up to 75% overnight)QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent sales experienceExperience selling technical or industrial equipment (fire protection, process optimisation, or similar)Proven ability to build customer relationships and influence decision-makersHighly motivated, organised, and comfortable with travelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems a plusKey CompetenciesCustomer Service: Proactively solves problems and responds to customer needsInterpersonal Skills: Builds rapport, listens actively, manages difficult conversations effectivelyTeamwork: Contributes to a positive team culture and supports team goalsBusiness Acumen: Understands market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business decision impactsPhysical DemandsFrequent standing and drivingOccasional lifting of equipment up to 50 lbsPeople are our business worldwideOrion Group was founded in 1987 and is now one of the largest, independent, international recruitment companies.
