This position will be based in El Segundo, CA, Palmdale, CA, San Diego, CA or Melbourne, FL. Virtual work arrangements will also be considered.The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to support multiple competing priorities with minimal direction, possess strong business acumen, and develop a broad sphere of influence.Roles And ResponsibilitiesEnhancing sourcing capabilities for critical talent segments to support Aeronautics businessPartnering with Communications to create targeted recruitment strategiesDeveloping hiring tools that strengthen our ability to target, attract and engage top engineering talent in highly competitive labor marketsEnhance our ability to engage talent by translating business needs into compelling external market campaigns and internal hiring solutions that improve candidate experienceTranslating employer brand and EVP to allow engagement with critical engineering talentLeveraging talent personas to better understand motivations, decisions levers, market dynamics, and candidate expectationsDevelop differentiated messaging for tailored, targeted talent communities Develop end-to-end talent engagement toolkits for recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to improve outreach, interviews, candidate experience, and onboardingDesign training and enablement programs to effectively engage active and passive job seekersCollaborate with TA leaders to embed persona driven sourcing and engagement strategies across recruiting teamsServe as SME for market intelligence and candidate insights to help refine recruitment marketing strategiesSupport enterprise brand consistency with tailored strategies for Aeronautics specific talent needsSpecial projects as assignedOccasional travel is required for this positionBasic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience OR 12+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeRelevant experience must in be in Talent Acquisition Project ManagementMust have strong MS Office skills (ability to create and present professional deliverables to executives)Experience supporting highly competitive technical/engineering talent marketsStrong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into actionable recruitment strategiesStrong project management experiencePreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with cleared talent markets and critical skill recruitingDemonstrated experience with talent intelligence labor market tools/resourcesExperience using reporting tools (running queries etc.) is highly desirable as is hands- on experience working on projects that create efficiencies drive customer orientation Experience with MS Project or SharePoint to develop detailed integrated project schedulesPrimary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $176,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
