The counselor will provide individual and group therapy, relationship counseling, and create tailored treatment plans for clients. Responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, developing case management strategies, and collaborating with clients and other professionals to provide holistic care that aligns with Wellspring Counseling's core values.QualificationsProficiency in Treatment Planning and Case ManagementIn-depth knowledge of Mental Health and Psychology principles and practicesAbility to provide Relationship Counseling and other therapeutic servicesExceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skillsMaster's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related fieldCurrent licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in FloridaExperience with faith-based and holistic approaches to mental health is preferredCommitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards
