With a commitment to quality, we strive to uphold the highest standards in engineering excellence.Role DescriptionThis is a full time, in office position based in either our Atlanta (Norcross), GA or Statesboro, GA office, with periodic travel to project sites as needed. The Mechanical Engineer will support HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems design for commercial and industrial projects.Responsibilities include development of construction documents, engineering calculations, system layouts, equipment selection, interdisciplinary coordination, and construction administration. Candidates will work directly with senior engineers, project teams, clients, and contractors throughout project execution.We are looking for a self motivated engineer who is accountable, driven, and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal oversight while continuing to grow technically and professionally.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical EngineeringPreferred 3 to 5 years of MEP mechanical/plumbing design experienceCandidates with less experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong initiative and accountabilityExperience with HVAC and plumbing system designWorking knowledge of IMC and IPC codesExperience with AutoCAD, Autodesk Plant3D, and/or RevitStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a project teamPE or EIT preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to applyBenefitsCompetitive compensationPerformance based bonus opportunities401(k) with employer matchingComprehensive medical insurance and HSA benefitsPaid time off and paid holidaysProfessional development and training supportOpportunities for career growth and advancement
