Printer Operator

We are seeking a skilled Printer operator to join our team. The main function of this position is to run a UV flatbed printer, roll to roll latex printer, vinyl plotter, laminator, etc. This will be done on a variety of different rigid and flexible substrates, including metals, plastics, boards, synthetics, vinyl. This requires set up on a mac and PC based programs. Responsibilities Operate printing equipment to produce high-quality custom signs and products. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on all printers Perform color management to ensure accurate color reproduction Conduct quality control checks on printed materials Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for design and layout purposes Execute print projects according to specifications Collaborate with the fabrication team on projects Fabricate and finish printed products using various techniques such as prepress, machining, and laminating Required Skills: Experience with UV printers or similar digital printing technology preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude towards work Knowledge of color management techniques Strong Adobe Creative Suite knowledge Strong understanding of quality control standards in printing.
