Agency Success Manager

Job Title: Agency Success Manager – St. Petersburg, FL Position Summary We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Agency Success Manager to join our growing Sales team. Based in our St. Petersburg, Florida headquarters with hybrid flexibility, this role is responsible for driving agency engagement, onboarding, and production growth across our independent agency network. As a key member of the sales organization, the Agency Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and newly appointed agencies, helping them successfully launch, grow, and maximize their production with our company. This position combines inside sales, agency development, and relationship management, requiring someone who is energized by building partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing directly to revenue generation. As a startup, we are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating processes, and is excited about helping shape the future of a growing organization. Responsibilities Manage inbound agency appointment requests and proactively engage prospective agency partners throughout the appointment process. Conduct outbound outreach to targeted agencies to introduce our products, underwriting appetite, and partnership opportunities. Drive agency onboarding efforts, ensuring new partners are trained, equipped, and positioned for early production success. Host virtual sales meetings, product presentations, and training sessions with agency principals, producers, and staff. Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to increase engagement, retention, and premium growth. Identify opportunities to increase agency production through cross-selling, product education, marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns. Monitor agency activity, and production trends, recommending strategies to accelerate growth. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage, appointments, onboarding milestones, and sales activity. Partner closely with underwriting, marketing, and field sales teams to support agency success and drive profitable growth. Assist in the creation of sales enablement tools, training materials, and agency communications that support business development efforts. Act as a trusted advisor to agency partners by providing responsive support, market insights, and growth recommendations. Requirements 3+ years of experience in insurance sales, inside sales, agency development, account management, business development, or agency relations (Property & Casualty preferred). Strong understanding of the Florida homeowners insurance market and independent agency distribution channel. Proven ability to build relationships, influence partners, and drive production growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Experience managing customer relationships using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and digital sales tools. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a startup environment. Experience working for a carrier, MGA, wholesaler, or insurance startup is preferred. Why Join Us? Competitive salary plus performance-based incentive opportunities. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and FSA benefits. Paid time off and company holidays. Dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture. Modern office environment with hybrid work flexibility. Opportunity to play a meaningful role in building a high-growth insurance organization from the ground up.
