Responsibilities Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Responsible for the supervision of the development of design projects with a strong electrical transmission and distribution component/be visionary and able to share that vision with the team's members. Requirements Essential Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree 10 years of Experience Professional Engineer License Able to manage resources, budgets, work plans, priorities, and project management tools to successfully lead employees from the beginning of the project to the end of the project. Good communication and interpersonal skills/strong leadership and time management skills.
