Job Title: Front of House (FOH) Team Member Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House (FOH) Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a FOH Team Member at Crisppi's, you'll play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere and providing outstanding service to our guests. If you have a passion for great food and exceptional service, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience. Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, process payments, and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers. Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and assembly of food items according to Crisppi's high standards and recipes. Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen equipment. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and other FOH staff to ensure smooth operation and effective communication. Upselling: Promote menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and drive sales. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required. Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Attitude: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
