Material Handler/Inventory Control

MATERIAL HANDLER/INVENTORY CONTROLLER Cleveland, OH RESPONSIBILITIES: Learn all facets of the department and be trained to perform the duties of other employees in the Logistics and Materials department Deliver raw materials to the CNC machines in a timely and proactive fashion Return excess material to inventory promptly and accurately Display experience and expertise in inventory management and reconciliation Work with Logistics Supervisor to improve processes Enter all transactions into the inventory system accurately Organize and clean the inventory areas Monitor material levels at the CNC machines to ensure that operators have enough raw material to create product Perform all other duties as directed REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED Three (3) years of work experience preferred Accurate data entry skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively Team player Strong work ethic, with desire to learn new tasks Fast paced and able to multi-task Able to walk up/down steps Proactive approach to daily responsibilities PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sit [25%], Stand [75%], Lift [50+ lbs.], Walk, Bend, Stoop, Reach, Push & Pull, as well as Finger/Hand dexterity.
