A successful candidate for Assistant Store Manager: Will have a positive “customer centric” attitude. Be capable of recruiting, managing, and developing a “high performance” team. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Have a working knowledge of inventory and cash management. Be entrepreneurial in their business approach, with a business owner mentality. Have a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not necessary. Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
