What started out as a single restaurant with a vision to bring Burmese/Asian cuisine to the world, has quickly turned into a family of restaurants, a non-profit organization, as well as a retail line, and this is just the beginning.Burma Inc is seeking a skilled ASSISTANT MANAGER to help spearhead the operations of one of our Burmese/Southeast Asian restaurants that is nestled in the vibrant island city of Alameda. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years managerial experience in the restaurant industry, with a strong passion for hospitality, food and beverage helping us embody our commitment to pushing culinary boundaries while celebrating the rich tapestry of Southeast Asian cuisine.The ASSISTANT MANAGER is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the restaurant operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving financial goals.
