Power Electronics Engineer - GaN/SiC, Onsite, Equity

TECHNE is seeking a Power Electronics Design Engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area for an onsite role building next-generation defence power systems. You will own the full lifecycle of power subsystems, from architecture to production, designing DC/DC and DC/AC converters, power distribution, and EMI mitigation. You will develop GaN and SiC power electronics for high-density, high-efficiency applications, create schematics and Altium layouts with thermal management, and lead hardware bring-up, #J-18808-Ljbffr
