Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is functional and well-stocked. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while following all food handling and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of beverages alongside food orders. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and best practices in hospitality. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending or food service roles, is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest interactions.
