Quality Inspector

We are also a NADCAP approved non-destructive testing facility and currently provide Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Nital Etch.We currently have an opening for a Quality Inspector. The successful candidate will be required to perform a wide variety of Quality and technical tasks requiring thorough knowledge of manufacturing procedures and practice.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specified standards and requirementsUtilize various measurement tools and equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, micrometers, calipers, and other precision instrumentsConduct quality audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and proceduresCollect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the quality control processCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actionsFollow established protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in quality assurance processesQualifications:High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree preferred.Previous related experience in quality assurance required.Strong knowledge of quality systems, quality management principles and quality control techniquesProficient in data collection, analysis, and reportingAttention to detail and ability to identify deviations from specifications or standardsExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholdersNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
