Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Long Island, NY

Multiple Positions available, part-time and full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour We're seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our mission-driven team. What You'll Do: Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings. Collect and document session data in Rethink within 24 hours. Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Participate in new hire check-ins and maintain professional communication with families. What We're Looking For: At least 6 months of hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities. Current RBT certification. Familiarity with ABA data collection and documentation.
