Restaurant Property Maintenance Professional

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Restaurant Property Maintenance Professional to ensure the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our restaurant properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities: General Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks for restaurant equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural elements. Address and resolve maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and in good working condition. Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues related to kitchen appliances, refrigeration units, plumbing, and lighting. Work closely with restaurant managers to identify and prioritize repair needs. Coordinate emergency repairs to minimize downtime and disruption. Inventory and Supplies: Manage and maintain an inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies. Procure necessary parts and materials for maintenance tasks.
