Overview In this role you will lead structural engineering activities on a portfolio of large, complex projects from Epstein’s Chicago base. You will mentor design teams, coordinate BIM and interdisciplinary work, and deliver high-quality structural solutions. The position supports the firm’s focus on sustainability and best-in-class project outcomes while leveraging ESOP-backed culture and cross-office collaboration. You will shape technical execution and drive project success in a people-centric environment.
