The company is dedicated to creating projects of high design standards and lasting value. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Professional located in Westport, CT. Responsibilities include managing lease administration, showcasing and leasing residential and commercial properties, building strong relationships with prospective and current residents, and ensuring high levels of resident retention. Additional duties involve providing exceptional customer service, consistent communication, and coordinating leasing activities as part of a collaborative team. Qualifications Experience in leases and lease administration processesStrong skills in resident retention and customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication capabilitiesAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and team membersKnowledge of property management protocols is a plusHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitaskProficiency in relevant software, such as property management systems, is a bonusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is advantageous
