Position: Senior Vice President, TechnologyLocation: Remote (U.S.), up to 30% travelReports to: Chief Executive OfficerEmployment Type: Full-time, ExemptCompensation: $200,000–$249,500 Salary + Bonus OverviewWe’re seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Senior Vice President of Technology to lead enterprise IT, Data, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security. This executive will shape technology strategy, modernize systems, advance data and AI capabilities, and deliver secure, scalable platforms that support growth, efficiency, and customer experience.QualificationsExperience in healthcare provider experience, DME or HHE or other regulated clinical environments.Hands-on expertise with Snowflake or equivalent modern data platforms.Familiarity with telephony, customer experience technology, and AI enablement.Proven leadership across technology, data, and engineering in complex, regulated industries.Experience leading large-scale data platform modernization and cloud migration.Strong background in data governance, analytics enablement, and enterprise architecture.Expertise in software engineering, automation, and API-led integrations.Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.Demonstrated ability to build and lead scalable, high-performing technology organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Data, Analytics & AILead the migration from fragmented data systems to Snowflake.Oversee data ingestion, transformation, governance, and quality across operational, financial, and clinical domains.Build and maintain a “Gold Layer” for analytics, AI, and decision support.Standardize enterprise reporting and enforce modern data governance.Technology Strategy & ExecutionDefine a multi-year technology roadmap across data, applications, infrastructure, and security.Prioritize initiatives for maximum business impact with outcome-based investment decisions.Run IT as a disciplined, metrics-driven organization.Engineering, Automation & PlatformsLead software development using both pro-code and low-code solutions.Drive automation and API-first design across business workflows.Maintain system integration and platform scalability aligned with strategic goals.Cloud Infrastructure & CybersecurityModernize hosting and networking with a cloud-first approach.Migrate from legacy and on-prem systems to scalable cloud architecture.Oversee enterprise cybersecurity, HIPAA-grade compliance, threat detection, and vendor risk management.Foster a company-wide security-first culture.Organizational LeadershipBuild and scale teams across three key pillars: Infrastructure, Applications, and Data.Develop strong director-level leaders and ensure organizational continuity.Advise executive leadership on technology risks and opportunities.
