Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive.Duties and Responsibilities:Transferring titles from dealership to customer before county and out of state deadlinesMaintaining custody and control of titles and MSOsReceipting cash/check and pulling titles of all deals received in accountingRecording wholesale vehicle salesAuditing of MSO and title drawers' monthlyProviding high level of customer service across the dealershipWorking closely with Finance to reconcile held offeringsWhat we need from you:Title clerk experience strongly preferredHigh School Diploma/GEDHighly detail oriented and organized in workAbility to meet assigned deadlinesProficient with email and Microsoft Office applicationsTeam oriented with a strong work ethic
