The Director of Information Technology will lead that transformation by building and maintaining the AI‑agent infrastructure that will underpin our next generation of enterprise workflows. ERP and CRM systems will serve as data backbones, but scalability will come from AI agents executing routine work while humans focus on higher‑value tasks. This role will design the technical and organizational foundations for an AI‑enabled workforce, while managing vendors to complete necessary system integrations.Job ResponsibilitiesArchitect and Deliver AI‑Agent InfrastructureDesign and implement the AI‑agent platform that allows teams across the company to co‑work with autonomous agents. Ensure agents can interact with enterprise data stores and applications securely and at scale.Identify high‑impact use cases (e.g., contract review, purchase‑order validation, invoice preparation, payroll audit) and collaborate with business leaders to prioritize and deploy AI agents.Define and implement the data pipelines, orchestration layers and governance needed for agents to operate reliably across disparate systems.Stay current on agentic AI technologies and frameworks, and assess third‑party solutions that can accelerate our infrastructure build‑out.Manage Vendors and Oversee System IntegrationOwn the vendor relationships for any required ERP/CRM or other system integrations—set requirements, evaluate proposals and ensure vendors deliver clean data flows and process alignment.Maintain accountability for data quality, security and compliance across integrated systems, even when integration work is executed by third parties.Use integration projects as an opportunity to refine data models and inform AI‑agent design, but keep the bulk of your focus on the agent infrastructure and its adoption.Lead Change and AdoptionPartner with Finance, Operations, Legal, Sales and other teams to redesign workflows around AI agents.
