Painter/ Body Work

Rage Performance Boats is looking for a skilled Body Technician to join our OEM manufacturing team. If you are a surface specialist who wants to transition from automotive repair to building high-performance powerboats, we want to hear from you. The Work: Surface Prep: Prep, sand, and fair boat decks and hulls for a flawless finish. Structural Composites: Work with fiberglass, resins, and gel coat (we will train the right candidate). Fabrication: Use woodworking and general shop tools for structural and cosmetic boat building. Tooling: Operate grinders, DA sanders, and specialized shop equipment. Requirements: Experience: 1+ year in an Auto Body Shop or Marine environment. Skills: Expert knowledge of surface finishing, sanding, and general tool safety. Mindset: Eager to learn the marine industry and detail-oriented. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Experience: Auto body repair: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
