Right Price.Job Title: Marketing Assistant IILocation: Denver, CO or Minnesota (Hybrid)Duration: 12+ Months ContractPay Rate: $25-32/hr on W2Job Summary:We are seeking a Marketing Assistant II to support commercial demand-side management (DSM) and energy efficiency programs across multiple jurisdictions. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy program coordination, customer communication, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Support commercial energy efficiency and rebate programs across multiple jurisdictionsReview rebate requests and ensure documentation is completeRoute rebate applications to the processing teamFollow up with internal teams and customers regarding missing documents, invoices, or required materialsManage assigned tasks within SalesforceMonitor and manage shared program inboxesUpdate marketing and program communication materialsParticipate in weekly project and program meetingsMaintain accurate records and reporting documentationRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree requiredStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and OutlookAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Utility or energy industry experienceDSM or energy efficiency program experienceCustomer service experienceExperience with Salesforce or CRM platformsExperience working in regulated environmentsWork Schedule:Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMHybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and FridayOccasional overtime may be requiredNet2Source is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to fostering a workplace where diverse talents and perspectives are valued.
