Software, Hardware Support and Electronics Tech Assistant We are looking for an individual to help us with Software and Hardware Support on various products and software we sell and develop. Within the same department you will help our head tech diagnose and repair electronics which may including soldering, board diagnostics, etc. (training provided) On the side there will also be very light sales (answering technical sales questions, etc) and any other related such as taking payment, etc. Job requires customer support and interaction by email, chat, in person, phone, etc Candidate will also act as a technician assistant for our electronics department as well our "Group A" (tear down and clean up) department on the mechanical side. Candidate would help with various tasks in our electronics department helping our techs as needed as well as working in our warehouse on embroidery machine tear downs and ordering parts as needed Other aspects of the job include Customer support, Product stocking, Soldering, and some light IT work. Job requires customer support and interaction by email, phone call, text message, and in person Training will be provided on site. .
