Position:Enterprise Sales Account ExecutiveJob Description:What You’ll Be DoingDrive new business development across regional and mid-to-large accounts, identifying and closing net-new opportunitiesBuild and grow relationships with key stakeholders, expanding account presence over timeDevelop and execute account plans to identify pipeline opportunities and support consistent revenue growthManage full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including qualification, solution positioning, and negotiationCollaborate across internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, and leadership) to move deals forward in a matrixed environmentUse a consultative or Challenger-style sales approach to deliver value-based conversations and differentiate solutionsBuild business cases and ROI narratives to support customer decision-makingMaintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM toolsPartner with marketing and channel teams to support lead generation and account-based initiativesWhat We’re Looking For5–8 years of experience in B2B sales in technology, cloud, or solutions-based environmentsExperience managing full sales cycles, including prospecting and closing new businessComfortable selling into mid-level stakeholders, with exposure to multi-level selling environmentsStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to grow accounts over timeExperience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environmentFamiliarity with solution-based selling methodologies (Challenger, MEDDICC, etc.)Organized and disciplined with pipeline management and forecastingSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyWillingness to travel as neededWork Arrangement: Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.What’s In It For You :At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
