Litigation Associate Attorney

Litigation Associate Attorney Location: Cleveland, Ohio We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our client's Cleveland-based practice. This position offers the opportunity to manage complex matters, collaborate on strategic litigation initiatives, and play a meaningful role in trial preparation and client advocacy. The role involves managing litigation matters with partner oversight and is designed for attorneys developing independent case management skills. Position Responsibilities Manage cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation. Oversee day-to-day case activity while contributing to broader litigation strategy and case management planning. Attend and conduct depositions, settlement conferences, court hearings, and related proceedings. Draft and respond to motions, pleadings, and discovery requests. Prepare comprehensive client reports and case analyses. Assist in all aspects of trial preparation, including strategy development, discovery management, document and records review, client interviews, and witness preparation. Qualifications 3-5 years of litigation experience required. Experience in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters preferred. Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
