Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.600000 | Part Time | 24 hours per week | 3rd Shift - Nights/1845-0715 (6:45 pm- 7:15 am)Starting Wage: $20.53-$28.23 per hour, depending on experience Position SummaryThe Mental Health Assistant-1 for Asante assists in maintaining, restoring, and promoting patients' health through the application of psychiatric-mental health nursing principles as directed by a registered nurse (RN). General responsibilities include discontinuing saline locks, obtaining nasal swabs, adjusting oxygen rate of flow, taking vital signs, assisting with mobility/ambulation, intake and output recording, general hygiene/ADLs, and changing linens.QualificationsLicensure/CertificationsCNA: Acute Care Certified by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is required upon startBLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon startNCPT: Nationally Certified Psychiatric Technician, is preferredTotal Rewards We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including:Competitive Pay: Hourly and salaried positions earn market-based compensation.
