Location: Sioux Falls, SD, 57104 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $18.00/hr (paid weekly) Industry: Financial Services Position Overview TEKsystems is seeking dependable and detail‑oriented Operations Processors to support a high‑volume correspondence operation within a leading financial services organization. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory service level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer communications are processed accurately and on time. This is a hands‑on, production‑driven role ideal for individuals who thrive in structured, fast‑paced environments and take pride in accuracy, reliability, and results. Key Responsibilities Perform moderately complex operational and clerical duties in a service center or departmental environmentProcess high‑volume correspondence, including printing, folding, stuffing, and mailing letters (up to 100+ per day)Scan, file, copy, and maintain accurate physical and electronic recordsPrepare data and input forms for automated processing systemsCollect information and assist with preparing operational and production reportsUtilize internal systems and procedures to complete daily work accurately and efficientlyCoordinate work tasks and support operations projects as assignedProvide information to authorized internal stakeholdersAdhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsMaintain strict attention to detail, quality standards, attendance, and punctuality Required Qualifications 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, education, training, or military backgroundProven experience in data entry, mail processing, scanning, printing, and filingStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high‑volume environmentDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendanceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a results‑driven, production‑based roleAbility to sit or stand for extended periods while performing desk‑based work Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high‑volume operations, processing, or clerical environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)General comfort with office equipment such as printers and scannersStrong typing and basic computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities Work Environment 100% onsite role in a professional office settingVolume‑driven environment with clear daily production goalsTeam‑based operation supporting regulated customer correspondence Why This Role Matters This team supports the Executive Complaints Management Office, which is responsible for meeting regulatory SLAs related to customer complaints. Increased correspondence volume has created the need for additional headcount to prevent SLA risk, protect customer experience, and avoid regulatory scrutiny. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and compliance outcomes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
