💼 Role: Senior PHP Developer / Onsite Coordinator📍 Location: onsite, (Amherst, NY)📅 Duration: Full-timeJob Summary: Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior PHP Developer / Onsite Coordinator to lead and manage on-site project activities while ensuring seamless collaboration with offshore teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Coordinate and manage on-site project activities between development teams, clients, and stakeholders.• Actively participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.• Collaborate closely with offshore development teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.• Ensure smooth integration and communication between on-site and offshore teams.• Take ownership of end-to-end PHP project lifecycle, including:o Architecture designo Developmento Testingo Deployment• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.• Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and updates.________________________________________ Required Technical Skills• Strong proficiency in:o PHPo Power BIo Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies:o HTMLo CSSo JavaScript• Strong knowledge of relational databases:o MySQLo PostgreSQL• Expertise in SQL optimization techniques.• Experience in:o Developing RESTful APIso Integrating third-party services• Familiarity with:o Git and version control systemso Deployment and release processes________________________________________Good to Have• Experience with PHP frameworks such as:o Laravelo CodeIgnitero Symfony (optional advantage)________________________________________Soft Skills & Leadership• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with clients and teams.• Proven experience in:o Leading PHP development teamso Managing on-site project delivery• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.________________________________________Experience• 10+ years of experience in PHP development (preferred).• Prior experience in onsite-offshore coordination model is a strong advantage.
