This remote role requires managing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, monitoring budgets, assisting with audits, and collaborating with other departments to drive financial efficiency. The Controller will be responsible for implementing effective financial controls and providing accurate and timely financial insights to support strategic decision-making.QualificationsStrong proficiency in financial reporting, budget management, and complianceExpertise in accounting software and tools, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft ExcelAbility to analyze financial data and develop effective financial strategiesExceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsCPA qualification or equivalent certification is preferredProven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management roleFamiliarity with relevant industry regulations and best practicesExperience working in a remote and collaborative team environmentSchedule: Part-time | 10 hours/week max | Fully remoteLocation: Remote (Company HQ: Miami, FL)Compensation: $20/hr
