The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for both strategic QA leadership and hands-on testing activities across multiple projects involving cloud-based SaaS platforms.The Quality Assurance Lead will oversee QA Analysts, coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. The Quality Assurance Lead operates in a leadership capacity while also contributing directly to test planning, execution, and defect management.Additionally, the Quality Assurance Lead ensures proper QA governance, develops testing strategies, and drives continuous improvement in environments where test automation maturity is evolving.
