The best candidates for this position are self-motivated and reliable individuals with a keen eye for detail.Food Production Position:This position can be physically demanding, so candidates must have the ability to remain on their feet for hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.Production operates Monday - Friday with scheduled hours falling between 6am-7pm. The schedule may vary from week to week based on our production schedule but employees will typically receive 30-40 hours a week.A Food Production Team Member at Toby’s will be expected to:Create and maintain a positive, efficient, and hygienic working environmentAccurately record batch information on applicable formsSort and inspect a variety of raw materialsCarefully follow recipes and work instructionsOperating machinery with a high degree of safety and accuracy at all timesRemove, stack, and accurately track finished productPack, palletize, and verify finished product ordersFollow verbal and written instructions as given by Shift Leads and ManagersAssist in daily clean-upOccasionally assist the sanitation team when neededPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 50lbs regularlyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to stand and maintain efficiency for the entire shiftMust be comfortable twisting, bending, and kneeling
