Role Description This is a full-time on-site Physical Therapist role based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing customized rehabilitation plans to improve the mobility, function, and quality of life of seniors. Duties include conducting physical therapy sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, documenting patient progress, and educating participants and caregivers on maintaining mobility and overall physical well-being. Qualifications Experience in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient CareStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work closely with seniors and their familiesValid Physical Therapist license in the state of OklahomaExperience in geriatrics or working with senior populations is a plusCPR certification and understanding of safety protocols in patient care
