You will be responsible for working as a part of a crew to remove gas furnaces, install electric heat pump systems, and collaborate with engineering teams on how the product can be improved and the install process streamlined.What You'll DoInstall required electrical to support heat pump installsCalculate electrical loadsUpgrade main electrical panels as neededRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagramsTroubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairsPerform preventive maintenance on electrical systemsCollaborate with other team members to complete projects efficientlyEnsure compliance with electrical codes and safety standardsTest electrical systems for functionality and efficiencyWhat You BringExtensive residential retrofit experience requiredJourneyman/Licensed electrician in Ontario, California and surrounding areas preferred but other licenses or certifications consideredWell versed in newer technologies like SMART panels, splitters, sub-panels, to optimize when faced with main panel or full service upgradesWell versed in modern residential electrical building codesStrong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in electrical workAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagramsExcellent problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to work with precisionPhysical stamina to perform manual labor tasksValid driver's licenseJob Type: Full-time, PermanentPay: $34 - $41 per hourBenefitsDental Care, Vision Care & Life Insurance premiums fully paid by JetsonHealth Insurance premium 85% paid by JetsonEducation SupportParental Leave Top UpTools ProvidedUniform ProvidedLunch ProvidedWork Location: In person - Ontario, CADo you feel like you don't have everything that's listed above but can still do the job?
