As our resident Chief of Staff, responsibilities include ensuring office efficiency, providing top level service to existing and future customers, and other related tasks. Provide exceptional customer service. Be outstanding at relationship building. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals. Requirements Licensing: Currently have your Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to get licensed. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Career minded vision. Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations. Works well with employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
