This is a highly visible, hands-on role focused on platform monitoring, data analysis, issue identification, and operational excellence in a fast-paced startup environment.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, passionate about the sports world, and excited to wear multiple hats while helping build an industry-defining company.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor general platform activity and develop a deep understanding of how users interact with all offerings available on our menuAnalyze platform and user data alongside the Customer Success team to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementAssist the Trading team by reporting pricing discrepancies, assessing market performance, and overseeing platform liabilityFlag and escalate platform bugs, data inconsistencies, and internal system concernsSupport ad hoc finance and regulatory projects, including, but not limited to, policy editing, tax organization, and administrative responsibilitiesStoryboard process adjustments that increase efficiency and optimize user experienceWhat We're Looking For2+ years of professional experience is preferred, but recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to applyPassion for sports gaming, fantasy sports, prediction markets, or related industriesExceptional attention to detail with a customer-first mindsetAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of SQLAbility to accurately investigate root causes and propose solutions independentlyStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teamsExcited to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving prioritiesFlexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and major sporting events when neededPreference for candidates who have used the Onyx web or mobile platformLocationWe are based in NoHo in New York City.
