Registered Nurse II
DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse II to join a critical access hospital in Montana. This advanced-level RN role provides both direct and indirect patient care across multiple departments, requiring strong clinical judgment, the ability to assess and respond to changes in patient conditions, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. In addition to core nursing responsibilities such as patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and patient education, this role includes expanded responsibilities in clinical leadership, mentorship, and quality improvement, including precepting staff, supporting team coordination, participating in audits and performance improvement initiatives, and contributing to compliance and accreditation efforts. Qualified candidates must hold a BSN, an active or eligible RN license, and have a minimum of 3 years experience, with BLS required and ACLS/PALS within 90 days.
