Compensation & Growth Associate Attorney (5+ Years Experience): $200,000 – $230,000 Bonus Program: Performance-based incentives. The Role: Impact from Day One We are looking for "special" attorneys—advocates who prefer the heat of a courtroom to polite negotiations with opposing counsel. Total Case Ownership: Manage matters from inception through verdict. High-Level Advocacy: Conduct depositions, mediations, and mandatory settlement conferences. Strategic Drafting: Craft pleadings, motions, and trial briefs designed to win. Collaboration: Participate in weekly firm-wide strategy sessions (catered) to sharpen our collective approach.
