Job Description Faculty Position in Obstetrics and Gynecology for Our Organization – Integrated Women's HealthThe Obstetrics & Gynecology Department at our organization has a rich history of enhancing women's reproductive health services. We were pioneers in developing the Apgar score for newborn health assessment, the first in the country to conduct amniocentesis, and innovators of RhoGAM, which has significantly reduced Rh-incompatibility reactions that previously led to numerous fetal and neonatal fatalities each year.Located within a vibrant medical community, our team comprises over 100 physicians along with more than 40 residents and fellows who collaborate with researchers and healthcare providers to meet the needs of women's health. We are committed to delivering outstanding patient care, training future leaders in Ob/Gyn, supporting innovative research, and applying these advancements in clinical settings.Position OverviewOur organization is on the lookout for faculty members to join the Integrated Women's Health Division within the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. We are interested in full-time, board-certified or board-eligible professionals who are eager to participate in both clinical and academic activities within our vibrant department. Several positions are open for qualified candidates.The role involves providing outpatient care with a focus on general gynecology. Ideal candidates will show a strong dedication to clinical practice, research, and the education of residents and medical students. Additionally, they will be expected to deliver high-quality care in locations such as lower Manhattan and Westchester.
