This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who's organized, eager to learn, and ready to dive into the fast-paced world of advertising and account management.Please note: This position is exploratory at this time, and we are not 100% committed to hiring immediately. However, we're actively building our pipeline of talented candidates as we anticipate growth.What You'll DoAs an Account Coordinator, you'll be a critical support player on our account team working with clients across the agency, helping to keep projects on track, clients happy, and campaigns running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:Account Support & Organization: Assist with day-to-day account management tasks, including maintaining project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracksClient Communication: Support client communications by preparing status reports, meeting recaps, and coordinating internal and external touchpointsProject Management: Help manage projects from kickoff to completion, coordinating across internal teams (creative, media, analytics) and external partnersCreative Brief Writing: Assist in writing and organizing creative briefs that clearly communicate project objectives, target audiences, and key messagingResearch & Reporting: Support the team with competitive research, market insights, and campaign performance trackingGeneral Account Responsibilities: Jump in wherever needed—whether it's proofreading materials, managing timelines, or supporting activations and eventsWho You AreImpeccably Organized: You're a master of details and can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweatStrong Communicator & Writer: You write clearly and professionally, and you're comfortable communicating with both internal teams and clientsProactive & Eager: You don't wait to be told what to do—you anticipate needs and take initiativeTeam Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse personalitiesAdaptable: You're comfortable with change, tight deadlines, and the occasional curveballPassionate: You're genuinely excited about advertising, marketing, and helping brands succeedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field0-2 years of experience (internships count!)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google SuiteFamiliarity with project management tools (i.e. Asana) is a plusInterest in advertising, sports marketing, or brand strategyWhy Source?Work with a senior, experienced team Exposure to diverse clients across industries—from franchise brands to B2BA culture that celebrates collaboration, creativity, and resultsCompetitive salary and benefitsLocation: Hackensack, NJ (Metro NYC area) with a hybrid office/work-from-home policyHow to ApplyIf you're ready to launch your career in advertising and account management, we'd love to hear from you.
