Content Strategist (Social Media & Podcasts)Position OverviewOur Financial client is seeking a creative and data-driven Content Strategist to lead the planning, development, and execution of compelling content across social media platforms and podcast channels. This role is responsible for shaping content strategy that builds brand awareness, drives audience growth, and supports business objectives through engaging, consistent storytelling. Will work collaboratively with the marketing team.This is a on-site, full-time, direct hire role in the greater Dallas area. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute an integrated content strategy for social media and podcasts aligned with brand voice, audience needs, and business goalsPlan, produce, and manage editorial calendars for social platforms and podcast programmingCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality content, including podcast episodes, social posts, video clips, and promotional assetsOversee podcast production from concept to launch, including episode planning, scripting, guest coordination, recording support, and distributionAdapt long-form podcast content into short-form social media content to maximize reach and engagementManage content optimization based on platform-specific best practices (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, podcast platforms)Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to refine content strategy and drive continuous improvementStay current on content trends, audience behaviors, and emerging platforms to inform strategic recommendationsEnsure brand consistency and messaging accuracy across all content channelsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in content strategy, social media management, and/or podcast productionProven experience developing content for multiple social platforms and managing podcast contentStrong storytelling, writing, and editorial skills with a keen eye for tone and audienceWorking knowledge of podcast hosting platforms, analytics tools, and audio production workflowsExperience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, native platform insights)Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content recommendationsExcellent project management and organizational skillsExperience with Web3 in the crypto and financial industry Equipment provided In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
