IAM Solutions Architect

Work Model: Hybrid Duration: 7+ Months (With potential for extension or conversion). About the Role: The IAM Engineer/Architect-AI is a mission-critical role dedicated to securing the future of AI within a leading financial institution. You will specialize in securing non-human identities and service principals while establishing the IAM framework for agentic AI and LLM platforms.Responsibilities:Define security designs for Identity and Access Management (IAM), specializing in cross-cloud access.Own the security strategy for AI service consumption, including hardening API Gateways and securing OAuth 2.0/OIDC authentication flows.Design and PoC secure storage and rotation of confidential data (API keys, model weights) using Azure Key Vault and GCP Secret Manager.Must-Have Responsibilities:Lead technical research and implementation of security controls to mitigate common AI/ML attacks.Evaluate and secure emerging standards for multi-agent workflows (Agent-to-Agent/Model Context Protocol).Experience:Minimum of 8 years in Access Management.Proven track record in high-level security design for large-scale enterprise environments.Skillsets:Cloud Security: Azure Key Vault, GCP KMS, Private Link, VPC Service Controls.Identity: Managed Identities, OIDC, STS, and Least-privilege scoping.Automation: Terraform, OPA, Event-driven automation (Pub/Sub, Event Grid).AI/ML Tools: Databricks, Vertex, Azure Data Factory.Additional Details:Training: A 1-month training period is provided.About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
