DJ/Stagehand

Job Description :We are seeking a passionate and talented In-House DJ to join our team on a part-time basis. As the In-House DJ, you will play a crucial role in setting the mood and enhancing the overall guest experience at our venues. Your primary responsibility will be to curate and mix music that align with the ambiance and vibe of our establishment.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain an engaging and diverse music playlist suitable for the venue's atmosphere and audience. DJ live sets during shifts, blending tracks to maintain energy and ambiance. Collaborate with venue management to understand music preferences and specific event requirements. Ensure all equipment provided is properly set up and maintained for optimal performance. Stay updated with current music trends and popular tracks to keep playlists fresh and appealing. Assist in the setup of stage and sound for live music events. Assist in cleanup after venue closing. Attend weekly events management meetings to coordinate music scheduling and event logistics. Requirements:Passion for music and a deep understanding of various music genres. Basic knowledge of DJ equipment and software (equipment will be provided). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience as a DJ in a hospitality or entertainment setting is a plus. Familiarity with sound systems and basic troubleshooting skills. Creativity and ability to read the crowd to adjust music selections accordingly.
