Job Title: Machine Operator (CNC) Location: Spring City, PA Salary: $21-$28 per hr (DOE) + Full Benefits Package and Hiring Bonus Requirements: Previous experience as a machinist or technical training or schooling in machine operation / Ability to read, understand, and follow job orders, safety instructions, and technical documents Additional ways in which a candidate may stand out would be: Past experience operating various types of machines in a manufacturing environment (helpful) Ability to perform set-up and change overs to produce different machine parts (helpful) Knowledge of loading raw materials into a machine and unloading parts (helpful) What You Will Be Doing Operate a CNC Machine safely and efficiently Produce components to established quality levels and cycle times Execute based on provided blue prints Measure parts to ensure conformance to established specifications Perform set-ups and change overs based on different parts Run various machines within the manufacturing plant Load raw materials and unload parts throughout shift What You Need for this Position Previous experience as a machinist or technical training or schooling in machine operation CNC machine operating experience (Helpful) Minimum High School or Technical school Past experience using micrometers, calipers, and gages Basic proficiency with Mathematics Experience reading and executing blueprints Ability to follow safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Benefits Amazing Benefits!
