Position SummaryStock Hispanic Brands products at customers' locations in assigned locations.Essential Job FunctionsMaintain store shelf standards and inventory through various merchandising strategies, including but not limited to rotation of products; ensure pricing matches current promotions and current marketing and promotional materials are displayedProtect and gain merchandise shelf space for Bar-S products by stocking temporary bunkers and spaces for scheduled promotions; optimize brand presence in designated areasProvide excellent customer service; assess the needs of the customer to best recommend productsMaintain excellent working relationship with customersCreate weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reportsOther duties as assigned. RequirementsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentLicense/CertificationsPersonal vehicle which meets company standards for licensing and insuranceFood handler's permitDriver's License which meets company requirementsMVR which meets Sigma driving standards with review by Talent & CulturePreferred QualificationsAssociates degree in Business, Marketing or related field1 year of sales experienceFully fluent in EnglishFood product and/or consumer packaged goods sales experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA's)Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitudeMust demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skillsFully fluent in SpanishProven ability to motivate self and othersThe ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor, and work well independently Environmental/Working ConditionsAble to work in a cold environment of approximately 34º F for prolonged periods of timeAvailability to work weekends and evenings (until approximately 8:00 pm)Able to travel up to 90% of the time, including overnight stays for up to 5 days at a timeAble to stand for a full shift of 8 - 10 hoursCan regularly lift and move 30 pound boxes/buckets on/off shelves or cart/hand-truckCan repeatedly twist, turn, kneel, stoop, stand, rotate, bend, push or pull to move 30 poundsBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceAnd more.....
