Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
Licensing: Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License is necessary prior to starting. We will reimburse cost if don't currently have licenses.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, insurance sales or a similar field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Focused: A commitment to meeting and exceeding client needs.
Local Presence: Ability to work on-site in Saukville, Wisconsin.
Adaptability: Responsive to changing circumstances and customer needs.

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Proactively connect with prospective clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Handle incoming calls with care and look for opportunities.
Needs Assessment: Analyze client needs to recommend comprehensive insurance coverage tailored to individual and business goals.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Documentation: Accurately maintain and manage client information and sales records in compliance with company policies.
