Physical Therapist
**Job Summary**
Heritage Rehab is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our In- House Therapy Team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care and possess in-depth knowledge of physiology. The position offers competitive pay with a flexible schedule.
Our skilled nursing facility located in Orbisonia is not far from I-76.
**Duties**
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports
**Experience:**
- Experience in geriatrics, acute care, or inpatient settings is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
