Their mission is to set a new standard in home care through innovative practices and unwavering dedication. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver role located in Tempe, AZ. The Caregiver will provide compassionate and personalized care to clients, which may include assistance with daily living activities, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Additional responsibilities include adhering to care plans, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and documenting care activities. The Caregiver will collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the client’s comfort and well-being. Qualifications Experience in providing personal care, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility supportKnowledge of safety protocols, basic first aid, and medication remindersStrong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to communicate effectivelyOrganizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow care plans accuratelyCPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not requiredReliable transportation and ability to commute to the on-site location in Tempe, AZHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in caregiving or a related field is an advantage
