It is ideal for experienced RTs who value stability, teamwork, and hands-on patient care in a supportive environment.Key HighlightsWork Arrangement: On-site; 70% in the branch, 30% on the road.Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.Driving Distance: Up to 1.5 hours from branch; occasional support to Columbus, NC.Reimbursements: Mileage $0.70, parking, tolls.Salary Range$24 $28 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.On-Call TransparencyNightly on-call coverage with minimal activity; most calls are handled by phone.What You'll DoConduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow-ups.Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately.Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs.Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams.Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop.Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation.Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition.Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs.Performs other duties as required.What We Look ForRegistered Respiratory Therapist with an active SC RT license.Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience.Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 50 lbs.Valid driver's license.Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation.EducationGraduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional DesignationsHold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy.Hold a current CPR Certification.Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice.If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.Teammate BenefitsAs an Accendra Health employee, you have choices to fit your life.
