Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of front- and back-of-house operations within a high-volume, upscale hospitality environment. This role is responsible for leading teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all service periods.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standardsLead, train, and develop management and hourly teams across all departmentsDrive financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and labor managementMaintain high standards of guest service, addressing and resolving issues proactivelyCollaborate with culinary, beverage, and marketing teams to enhance offerings and guest experienceMonitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standardsAnalyze operational performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitabilityManage scheduling, staffing levels, and operational coveragePlease note that responsibilities are not all-encompassing and may evolve based on business needs.Requirements3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environmentStrong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and labor controlsProven ability to lead and motivate large teamsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situationsPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesSchedule ExpectationsThis role requires full flexibility.
